In case of joint holdings, in the event of death of one shareholder, how do the surviving shareholder(s) get the shares in his/their names?

The surviving shareholder(s) will have to submit a request letter supported by a notarized copy of the death certificate of the deceased shareholder and the relevant share certificates to our R & ST Agent, M/s RCMC Share Registry Private Ltd.*. On receipt of the said documents, R & ST Agent will delete the name of deceased shareholder from its records and return the share certificates to the applicant /registered holder with necessary endorsement.

The Special Window will be open from July 07, 2025 to January 06, 2026 and is applicable to cases where original share transfer requests were lodged prior to April 01, 2019 and were returned/ unattended or rejected due to deficiencies in documentation, process or any other reason. UPDATE KYC AND CONVERT PHYSICAL SHARES INTO DEMAT MODE

The Shareholders who are holding shares in Physical form are requested to update their KYC and also requested to convert their physical share Certificates in to dematerialized form ( electronic Form).Further pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/Cir/ISD/3/2011 dated June 17, 2011 in order to promote dematerialization of securities, it is mandatory for the Company to achieve 100% of promoter’s and promoter group’s shareholding in dematerialized form, thereby they are requested to convert their holdings in dematerialized form on priority basis.
